Q: What are the delivery time frame and delivery cost?
A: Delivery to the 48 contiguous states is fast and free! Over 95% of our orders are processed and shipped out on the same business day. The average delivery time is 3 business days across the US. We will send you an automated email with your tracking information so you can verify the scheduled delivery date directly on the shipping courier’s website.
At this time, we do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Armed Forces regions and to P.O. boxes.
Q: What happens after I placed my order?
A: When you place your order directly online or by phone, an automated email receipt will be sent to you containing your order number, shipping information, and details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email after a couple of minutes, please contact one of our customer service agents.
Q: How do I track my order?

Q: What if the product I received isn’t what I was expecting?

Q: Can I buy replacement parts?
A: In general, we do not sell replacement parts. If you need a replacement part for a product that you’ve purchased from us, please give us a call. If we have it in stock we will send it to your free of charge.
