Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture warrants its products from being free of defects and materials in workmanship for a period of three (3) years. All cushions, fabrics and granite / natural slate tables are warranted for a period of one (1) year. To start a warranty claim, you must email us photographs of the product and we will contact Lloyd Flanders on your behalf.
Lloyd Flanders will review each warranty claim and determine the appropriate corrective action. A representative from Lloyd Flanders may visit to inspect the product as part of the review process. If it is determined that a product is defective in material or workmanship, Lloyd Flanders will repair or replace any part of the product or the entire product. Repair or replacement will be at no charge to you. Freight to and from the factory will be paid by Lloyd Flanders.
Unless specifically mentioned, all Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture ships for free within 2-4 weeks after placing your order with us. All orders are shipped by Freight Truck from Menominee, MI. and take on average 5-7 business days to be delivered. You will be emailed as soon as your order ships and you will get contacted 24 hours before delivery to inform you of the delivery time frame the day of. Cushions and smaller items ship out via ground services and a tracking number will be provided as well.
Inspecting your Lloyd Flanders order when it arrives and making sure you got the right product(s) is very important. If you notice any damage or irregularity, be sure to inform the driver before you sign for it. Contact our customer service department within 14 days of delivery at 800-293-0150 to report anything defective or damaged should you not notice it during delivery.
In case of damaged and incorrect shipments, contact us and we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange.
Return & Exchanges
Most products Lloyd Flanders offer are fully customizable from fame to fabric finish and for that reason, customized orders are not eligible for a return (with the sole exception of not receiving the right item or getting a defective item).
