For orders requiring freight shipment, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery. All freight shipments are tendered to AM Trucking to fulfill delivery across the nation. Your AM Trucking tracking number will be provided to you by email and you can track your order directly on amtrucking.com – you’ll find your estimated delivery date as well. You will get contacted 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm a timeframe convenient for you.
Signature upon manifest, bill, or “Received by” acknowledges receipt of merchandise in full and in good condition by any authorized agent of the customer named. Any damages arriving by freight MUST be noted on the bill of lading or manifest at the time of delivery upon inspection. Please notify a customer service representative within three (3) business days of receipt any missing parts/hardware or damaged merchandise.
All smaller orders (cushions, accessories etc.) that do not require freight shipment are sent out via FedEx and take 1-3 business days to process and ship out. You will get your FedEx tracking number, which you can track on FedEx.com, to monitor progress and scheduled delivery date for your order. Please allow 3-6 business days for FedEx shipments to be delivered.
