All items can be returned for a full refund within 30-days after the customer received the product. Once the items are returned to our facilities, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. How do I return an item?
The fastest and easiest way to get an RMA# is by simply emailing our return department at RMA@PatioDepot.com. The email should contain:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief explanation of the return
- A contact phone number in case we need to call you

How do I exchange an item?
This process is very similar to the return procedure, but instead of refunding the product we will simply send you your desired product. If there is a price difference, we will then make the necessary adjustments accordingly. What if the product is damaged or defective?
In the case where a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will immediately replace the product with a brand new one. We will ask you to send us pictures of the item’s condition via email to analyze the situation.
