PatioDepot Warranty Policy

The fastest and easiest way to file a warranty claim is by simply emailing our warranty department at warranty@PatioDepot.com. The email should contain:

  • Your full name and order number (found in email receipt)
  • A brief explanation of the damage on the product
  • Clear pictures of the damaged parts (attached to the email)
  • A contact phone number in case we need to call you

Our team will reply within 24 hours with a favorable solution for the customer. If the model you are looking to replace or get a replacement for is out of stock or discontinued, replacement will be made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

Of course, we understand that some people are not very computer savvy, which is why you can always call our toll-free number and one of our agents will happily be able to assist you with any warranty retaliated issues.
